Privacy Policy
Version of 2026-10-25
Who is responsible for your data?
The editorial team of diabeet-capsule.info (“we”). Contact for any privacy question and our Grievance contact: [email protected].
We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as well as the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
What data do we collect?
- Order form: your name and mobile number.
- Contact form: your name, your contact (mobile or email), the topic and your message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data, used only to protect the forms from bots and fraud. In our logs the IP address is shortened.
We do not collect health data. We do not ask about diabetes, sugar readings or medicines. Please do not write such details in the contact form.
Why do we use it?
- To pass your order to the seller so that their consultant can call you and confirm it.
- To answer your message.
- To protect the site from spam, bots and fraud.
The basis is your consent, given when you send a form. You can withdraw it as easily as you gave it — write to [email protected].
Who receives the data?
- The affiliate network Limonad and, through it, the seller of the product — name, mobile number, the page address and the IP address, to process the order.
- The internal messenger that alerts us to orders and messages (Telegram): for orders, the masked number and the initial of the name; for contact messages, the name, the contact and the text, so that we can reply.
- Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which deliver and protect the site.
Some of these services process data outside India. We transfer data only as far as needed for the purposes above and as permitted by Indian law.
How long do we keep it?
Records of orders and messages, and the related logs, are kept for 1 year — the minimum period that the DPDP Rules, 2025 set for logs — and are then deleted automatically. The seller keeps order data under its own terms.
What are your rights?
- to get a summary of your data and of who received it;
- to correct, complete or update it;
- to have it erased;
- to withdraw consent;
- to nominate a person to act for you;
- to have your grievance addressed by our Grievance contact.
Write to [email protected]; we answer as soon as possible and in any case within the period set by the DPDP Rules. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
